    The first new air interface standard to promote 5G standard formulation into the acceleration phase

            12/25/2017, Major Standards Organization for the Mobile Communications Industry The 3GPP approved the first 5G New Radio standard at the RAN # 78 conference in Lisbon, Portugal on the evening of the 20th, marking the official advent of the 5G standardization era and its future Major system equipment manufacturers in the release of 5G standards competition will be more intense.            As soon as 3GPP announced the new 5G air interface standard, Ericsson and Qualcomm jointly announced AT & T, NTT DOCOMO, Orange, SK Telecom, Sprint, Telstra, T-Mobile USA, Verizon and Vodafone, Standard 5G new air interface multi-vendor interoperability. It is understood that the Interworking System (IoDT) is for low-level data connections in the 3.5 GHz and 28 GHz bands. The levels that have just been standardized are the basic building blocks of the new 5G air interface.
            Just a month ago, Qualcomm and ZTE, China Mobile and others announced the successful implementation of the world's first end-to-end 5G NREL (IoDT) interoperability (IoDT) based on the 3GPP R15 standard.
